You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, creation of derivative works, or commercial exploitation of Platform content without the prior written consent of vvji is strictly prohibited.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, vvji, its officers, directors, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. This includes, without limitation, loss of winnings, loss of data, interruption of service, or any other gaming-related losses.
vvji's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit vvji's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

In the event of account termination for breach of these Terms, vvji may forfeit all bonus funds, bonus-derived winnings, and funds associated with fraudulent activity. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the vvji Platform shall first be submitted to vvji's internal dispute resolution process by contacting customer support. If the dispute is not resolved at the internal level, it shall be subject to the jurisdiction of PAGCOR's regulatory dispute mechanisms and, thereafter, the competent courts of the Philippines. Players agree to exhaust internal resolution procedures before initiating any formal legal proceedings.
vvji reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email to the address on file or through a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
